My Credit Manager provides a full suite of credit tools, designed to help users with their credit goals and improve their financial wellness.

Get Started

  • Follow these easy steps to get started with My Credit Manager
    1. If you are using a computer, click on My Credit Manager on the left side menu inside online banking. If you are using the mobile app, click on the Menu icon in the lower right corner, and then click on My Credit Manager from the left side menu that opens.
    2. Click on Credit Overview.
    3. Click the See Your Credit Overview button.
    4. You will be presented with information to confirm your identity. Click the Next button.
    5. Enter your date of birth, last four digits of your social security number, check the box for consent to receive SMS messages, and enter your email. Then click the Submit button. **Note, sometimes it is required to enter your full social security number to verify your identity**
    6. You will need to answer the out-of-wallet questions to finish verifying your identity.
