Warm the Soles – Thanks to the generous donations of our members and the success of the Skip-a-Payment, Weber State Credit Union was able to provide new shoes to 320 kindergarten students in Box Elder, Davis, Ogden and Weber School Districts. This is the fifteenth year WSCU members have helped to fund this event. We can’t thank you enough!
More Than Pink Walk – With the support of our members, employees, and fantastic community partners like Sonora Grill and Hug Hes Cafe, we were able to raise over $7,500 to donate to the Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk on November 3, 2018. This money will go towards the research and treatment of breast cancer here in Utah. Thank you to all who participated!
Community Food Drive – Through donations of our members, Weber State Credit Union was able to provide over 500 pounds of canned and non-perishable food items to the Ogden Rescue Mission this season. A big thank you to those who donated!
Sub for Santa – In coordination with Weber Human Services, Weber State Credit Union was able to provide Christmas presents to fourteen families and thirty two children this holiday season through the Sub for Santa event. This was paid for by credit union employees.
