Please use the link below to upload your request along with the borrower’s authorization to obtain a written mortgage loan payoff.

Loan Payoffs will be processed in the order received. Please allow 1-2 business days. You may reach us at 801-399-9728 and ask for someone in the Mortgage Payoff Area. Please include the following information in your request:

How you would like to receive your request: Email, Fax, or Mail.
Date you’d like the payoff through.
Borrower name, account number, and borrower’s authorization.
