WSCU employs sophisticated technology to monitor Visa activity for fraud. If a fraudulent purchase is suspected on your account, you will receive an automated call. You will be prompted to validate the transaction in question. If it is not validated, the transaction will be blocked.
If you are traveling or making purchases outside of your normal routine, it is a good idea to let us know your plans before you go. Be sure to give us your mobile number so that we may reach you quickly if any problems should arise.
