Board Election Voting – Monday June 29th
The Board Election voting will take place Monday, June 29th between 9:00 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. at the credit union’s main office, 4140 Harrison Blvd.
All members who are eligible to vote are invited to come to the branch to cast their vote using the process outlined below:
- Members will drive up next to the tent set up in the east parking lot to verify their eligibility to vote and receive their ballot.
- Once members have marked their ballots, placed them into an envelope and sealed that envelope to ensure privacy, they can give the envelope to a credit union employee.
- The credit union employee will place the envelope into the secure ballot box in full view of the member.
- The Supervisory Committee will open and count the ballots after voting has closed Monday evening so the election results can be announced during the virtual Annual Meeting on Tuesday night.
All members who come to vote will also receive a gift and be entered into our prize drawing!

The 2020 Annual Meeting will be held virtually via GoToWebinar on Tuesday, June 30th at 7:00 p.m.
