Have fun travel plans coming up? Make sure to send us a travel notification before you go. This way, we can make sure your Ascent CU cards work in the country you are traveling to and those transactions aren’t flagged as fraud. It’s easy to do, just follow the steps below:
- Log into online/mobile banking
- Click on Messages from the menu on the left.
- Click on the Pencil to compose a new message.
- Click on Foreign Travel Request from the Message Recipient drop down list.
- Type in a Subject and a Message. Be sure to include where you are traveling and the dates.
- Click Send Message.
