E-Statements look exactly like your paper statements, but are securely viewed online through the e-Branch. This ensures that nobody looks at your statement except you. Identity thieves have the ability to steal mail, and paper statements from mail boxes, which could expose your account information to criminals.
To get started using e-Statements, follow these steps:

  1. Log into online/mobile banking and click on Transactions from the menu on the left. If you are not signed up to use online/mobile banking, you must do so first.
  2. From the Transactions menu, click on Statements. You will need to agree to the terms & disclosures.

All credit union tax reporting notices are also electronic once you are signed up for e-Statements.
Starting with activation, statements are archived and made available for 15 months for your easy viewing.
