Scammers can use sophisticated tactics, including spoofing our phone number and impersonating our fraud department staff.
The fraudsters are using these methods to lower the members’ guards and get them to disclose sensitive information, such as their debit card number and PIN.
If you receive a phone call, even from the credit union’s number and with someone claiming to be our staff, asking you to share sensitive information, hang up immediately and call us directly at 801-399-9728.
